This is a limited umeshu that is usually only shipped to the local area. It is produced by blending matured umeshu made from 100% fully-ripened Nanko plums, celebrated as the high-class brand “Kishu umeboshi” with Kishu Akizuno bitter orange juice. The bitter-sweet orange aroma and the sourness of the plums are harmonized well by the “Tonda water,” the famed water of the Kumano Kodō, giving a refreshing aftertaste.
